The SEC has granted a 5-year exemption for tokenized stock trading in the US. The Commission approved a temporary, conditional exemption called the Innovation Exemption, which allows limited trading of tokenized NMS stocks on certain onchain venues referred to as Tokenized Securities Venues, or TSVs. The goal here is to give the Commission a chance to better understand how these venues operate before shaping future policy. US investors can now trade real tokenized equities onchain through qualifying venues, and this opens a path toward 24/7 US stock trading with onchain settlement. $Robinhood(HOOD)$  $Charles Schwab(SCHW)$  $Morgan Stanley(MS)$

A 25 bp rate hike adds roughly $185M of annualized gross reserve income at the current USDC base. Another 25 bp hike would put the combined tailwind around $370M annually. I suspect it won't be long before the narrative moves from "higher rates hurt markets" to what higher for longer rates actually mean for Circle's bottom line. And unlike the last rate cycle, Circle now has Arc starting to build a new transaction and infrastructure driven revenue engine alongside reserve income. Higher reserve revenue now. New Arc economics developing going forward. The business is evolving even while the stock trades with t

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ It should pop. Right now it keeps 100% of the interest generated by the cash backing USDC. It should fly to 143 maybe this year, and if not then 273 next.

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$  If it drops further, $75 is probably the floor. $130 is achievable within 2 months. Worth revisiting.

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$  Looks like our politicians are never going to work together on this. I sold at breakeven. I'll look for a reentry once the dust settles. Still holding WDAY and I added to my CRWV position. Hoping the Fed doesn't hurt us here.

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ Bought a few more shares. I think we could be back to $100 before too long. Keeping some cash ready for pullbacks like this seems reasonable.

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ The CLARITY Act is turning into a real market catalyst. Bitcoin pulled back as uncertainty around the Senate vote increased, while Cathie Wood's ARK was also trimming exposure to names like $Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$  and CRCL. But this is bigger than Bitcoin. The market is waiting for one thing: regulatory clarity that can unlock the next wave of institutional digital-asset infrastructure. That is exactly where I keep watching AXG. AXG is building around digital assets, AI infrastructure, tokenization and regulated financial services - the kind of infrastructure that becomes increasingly relevant as the U.S. moves toward clearer crypto rules. If CLARITY advances

$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ The dollar is done, way down from here. But everyone here already knows they will reset the global monetary system, since the dollar's true value is less than my toilet paper. That's why gold rallied, and the next system will be a crypto.
