    For me weekend is recovering time, i will walk and climb up stairs, explore places, in singapore and overseas. So i like to go short trips on weekends/long weekend, add one or two days leave to walk around the cities 😅

    Every weekend night, I go to the park, use my both hand, point towards the moon, and rotate my hands around the moon, for about a hour, to help create positive energy to help my stock go to the moon on the next trading day. [Chuckle]

    this is my cardio point from my Google Fit account in my android phone. I am always trying to keep my shape in at least walking or running especially in holiday or weekend when I am free from work. as you can see the circles indicating the intensity of the exercise are usually bigger on Saturday and Sunday. so keep investing on yourself as it is the most important thing.

    I will always run 10km either every Friday night or Saturday morning (followed by 100 pushups/situps, eat grapes, apples, blueberries and steamed veggies... cutting down on white rice and avoiding oily/fried food. Drink high protein/calcium milk. Avoid sweet drinks/foods. That's how I typically spend my weekends. Shifting my mind away from financial markets on weekends.

    As a lazy bum, my only workout is walking around during working... To my defence, I don't bring my phone along when I'm working, so the actual steps number should be higher (I hope) [LOL]
