🌟🌟🌟The MBTI Series is a very popular series of tests to identify a person's personality type, strengths and preferences.  The tests were developed by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs based on their work with Carl Jung's theory of personality types.

When it comes to investing, I love to explore and discover new stocks to add to my portfolio. I like to find out what is trending and what is not.  However I have 2 main sub classification of my stocks - My Core Portfolio and My Satellite Portfolio.

In my Core Portfolio I have my plain vanilla ETFs and my forever stocks.  In my Satellite Pirtfolio I have my more speculative stocks or growth stocks.

In my Core Portfolio, I have $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$ which is a mini version of $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$  as well as $iShares Core S&P/ASX 200(IOZ.AU)$ which tracks the ASX 200 Index.  I also have $STI ETF(ES3.SI)$  which tracks the Singapore Straits Times Index. Then there is the $TRACKER FUND OF HONG KONG(02800)$ which tracks the Hang Seng Index.   I also invest in Google and the Big 3 Singapore banks $DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$  $OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORP(O39.SI)$  and UOB. 

In my Satellite portfolio, I have $iShares Blockchain and Tech ETF(IBLC)$ which seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of US and non US companies that are involved in the development, innovation and utilisation of Blockchain and Crypto Technologies.  Bitcoin is up over USD 50,000 and I believe IBLC will continue to grow exponentially with Spot Bitcoin ETFs and Bitcoin Halving Event in April 2024.  

I also invest in $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Growth ETF(SPYG)$ which tracks an index of primarily large cap growth stocks within the S&P500 universe.  This includes the Magnificent 7 as well as Eli Lilly, Broadcom. 

Then there are the Singapore Reits which includes Capitaland Ascendas Reit, the Mapletree Logistics Trust as well as Parkway Reit.  This generates dividends for me which are a great source of passive income. 

I like to invest in ETFs and quality stocks.  I am also a Buy and Hold Type of Investor as I believe in the magic of compounding in the long term.  According to MBTI Tests, that makes me an "E" or Extrovert type. 

Investing in ETFs and several quality stocks in different geographical locations  offer me great diversification and minimise my risk.  2024 has so far been a great year for me.  I am excited at the exciting opportunities ahead with the cutting of interest rates by the Feds and the easing of inflation. 

Investing to me is a Marathon and not a Sprint.  I look forward with optimism and confidence as I believe that the Best Is Yet To Be!
