I would like to share a recent discovered perfect cheesecake in City Gates, Singapore, Paparch!

Paparch has quickly become one of Singapore’s most sought-after spots for Basque burnt cheesecake. Each cheesecake features a beautifully scorched top that gives way to a rich, molten center—an irresistible contrast of textures that’s won over dessert lovers across the island.

The buzz around Paparch is undeniable. Each drop sells out within minutes, with eager fans flooding the brand’s social media just for a chance to secure a cake. It’s more than a dessert—it’s a limited-edition experience that blends anticipation with indulgence.

What truly sets Paparch apart is its secret blend of three cheeses, creating a balanced flavor that’s both sweet and savory. Using only premium, halal-certified ingredients, this cheesecake delivers a smooth, melty bite that keeps people coming back for more.

I like to eat sushi because it's delicious and always feels like a treat. One of my favorites is cheese sushi—something about the creamy texture mixed with the rice and seaweed just works so well. I also really enjoy cucumber sushi, especially when dipped in soy sauce. It's simple, refreshing, and has that perfect balance of flavor and crunch. Whether I'm craving something rich or something light, there's always a type of sushi that satisfies.

🌟🌟🌟Food is the Elixir of Life and is one that brightens up my day.  My favourite dish is the absolutely delicious Singapore Chilli Crab cooked just right with a yummy egg and tomato based sauce over egg noodles that will soak up the divine flavour.

This dish is served with a generous dollop of love by my dearest mum who loves to experiment new dishes in the kitchen.

Sometimes the best food is found right at home without having to hunt around Singapore.  I always have second helpings as it is so goooood. 🥰🥰🥰🦀🦀🦀🇸🇬🇸🇬🇸🇬

My favourite local dish is Herbal Roast Duck from Dian Xiao Er Chinese restaurant.  Whenever friends and family come to Singapore, I will bring them to dinner there. I like their consistency on their food, and the service is good. They also offer other local dishes like sambal seafood, sweet and sour pork , marmite chicken, chicken in Chinese wine, etc, but one must try it is their famous duck! [Like] [Yummy]

Happen to pass-by Toa Payoh Bus Interchange & suddenly felt the craving for Egg & Plain Prata Teh-Tarik Set. Above stall is located at the Basement of the Bus Interchange. Pretty reasonable price of $4.50 per set, since I'm there, why not detour to get this quick bite.  Located here is one of the famous Rojak stall But always need to queue ( I will skip the queue as need to feed the hunger jiuce asap ‌[开心] ‌ ) Its a decent prata  & it makes my Tummy Happy for the Day ‌[爱你] ‌ ‌@Barcode  ‌‌@Shyon  ‌‌@JC888

Peranakan dishes are a harmonious fusion of vibrant flavors and rich history, where the bold spices of Southeast Asia meet the delicate nuances of Chinese culinary traditions. Each dish is a symphony of textures and colors, from the fiery heat of sambal to the subtle sweetness of coconut milk, every bite tells a story of cultural exchange. The intricate use of herbs, spices, and ingredients creates a dance of flavors that are at once comforting and exotic, offering a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Whether it's the fragrant ayam pongteh or the savory laksa, Peranakan cuisine is a testament to the artistry and ingenuity of the Straits Chinese people.

    I love Daisy's Dream Kitchen 😋😋😋

Chili Crab is the ultimate ‘Singapore happy hour’ dish with its to-die-for chilli gravy. It was first created in the 1950s by the owner of a pushcart seafood stall along the Singapore seaside. This is a beautiful and tasty dish that is suitable for all occasions. This dish can be served in fine cuisine, high class restaurants, hawker centers and even our humble homes. One never ‘lose face’ treating friends to this dish anytime. Thanks @TigerEvents @icycrystal

  • Nyonya-Style Hokkien Mee brings together the best of both worlds: a robust, umami-rich prawn broth, stir-fried noodles with a smoky depth, and the bright, zesty notes of lemongrass and sambal belacan.

At the heart of this dish is the rempah, a fragrant spice paste made from shallots, garlic, chilies, turmeric, and toasted shrimp paste. As it sizzles in hot oil, the aromatic base goes a rich prawn stock, often made by simmering prawn heads and shells to extract a deep ocean sweetness. The result is a broth that infuses every noodle with layers of flavour.

The first taste is a smoky, spicy rush, followed by the chewy satisfaction of noodles drenched in the rich prawn broth. The sweetness of prawns, the fragrant zing of lemongrass, and the gentle heat of chilies unfold in layers, creating a dish that's both fiery and tangy, yet balanced. Each mouthful offers a contrast of soft and crispy, bold and subtle, offering a taste of tradition with a modern twist.
