$ocbc bank(O39.SI)$  Dividend ex-date & record date

I'm a bit confused here.

Ocbc dividend ex-date is 25 April which is today but the record date is on 28 April. Can someone clarify that if the shares sold on 25 April and the seller has no shares recorded on 28 April, the seller will not be entitled with the dividend right?

    实际上可以忽略记录日期。
    只需记住一个简单的除日前规则:
    如果您在除息日持有股票,您 得到div(即使您在除息日出售)
    如果你在过期日期购买,你不会得到div。

Record date is to allow for the 3 day settlement period but yeah can ignore it and just focus on ex-date.
