🌟🌟🌟What an amazing turnaround for Nvidia $NVIDIA(NVDA)$  as its shares jumped 5.6% on news that it has announced a partnership with Humain, an AI subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund.   

Nvidia will sell Humain "several hundred thousand" advanced GPUs over the next 5 years, starting with an AI supercomputer powered by 18,000 GB300 chips.

Alongside Nvidia, AMD $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$  is also joining forces with Humain to provide chips and software, contributing to a network that extends from Saudi Arabia to the US. 

With this latest development, Nvidia jumped back  into the USD 3 Trillion club.  Nvidia is only the 3rd US company to reach a USD 3 Trillion market value, the first time it happened in June 2024.  However Nvidia lost USD 1.3 trillion in value between January to April this year as the markets were worried about the US Trade war with China. 

Apart from Saudi Arabia, Nvidia's global influence extends to many countries around the world

Nvidia in China

China is a major growth market for advanced computing and AI.  However the recent  export restriction on H20 chips posed a significant hurdle for Nvidia in China.    Nonetheless Nvidia is looking to modify its H20 chips in order to comply with the US export restrictions and plans to launch the downgraded version of its H20 AI Chip in China within the next 2 months.

Nvidia in Japan 

Japan has long been recognised as a hub for technological excellence, robotics and advanced manufacturing.  In November 2024,  Nvidia announced that Japan cloud leaders Softbank, GMO Internet Group, Hughreso, KDDI, Rutilea and Sakura Internet are building an AI infrastructure with Nvidia to accelerate the transformation across Japan's robotics, automotive, healthcare and telecom industries.

These are just the 3 major projects in the pipeline that Nvidia is involved in globally. 

Nvidia is also in Europe, South East Asia, India, South Korea and Taiwan.

That is why despite the huge volatility earlier this year, I have held onto my Nvidia shares and did not sell them at all.
