I find these employer rankings interesting but they should be taken with a pinch of salt. Sometimes companies “encourage” staff to give high ratings in exchange for small perks, which can affect accuracy. It’s still a good reference, just not the full picture.

Apple $Apple(AAPL)$ keeping its No.1 spot shows strong branding, while SIA’s $SIA(C6L.SI)$ big comeback is impressive after COVID. Local names like Koufu rising in the ranks also show that homegrown companies are getting more recognition, which is great for Singapore’s job market.

However, rankings shouldn’t be the only factor when considering a job. Things like team culture, career growth, and work-life balance are equally important. Use such surveys as a guide, but always do deeper research before making career decisions.
