As of May 30, 2025, among S-REITs with a market cap exceeding SGD 50 million listed in the $Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$ , 12 have posted positive returns this year.
Notably, 7 of these have surpassed DBS's expectations.
DBS Group Research anticipates that the yield for S-REITs in FY2025 will stabilize at approximately 5.5%, after accounting for capital replenishment and all-cash management expenses, which is lower than the previously reported 6.1%.
