    Only time that it start to fall is from USD75 All time high. After Traffis started till now, it maintain above USD63 (Buyout price). So minority shareholders are filing a law suite to stop this sales as undervalued sales. NP is falling due to raising cost result in slower growth YOY.

    But should not go in to buy now，as it may goes private in September. Most important, sales price of shoes had not gone up to match high price of production from 2023 to 2024, with only up in Jan 25 (Gather from shoe store).
