    Best advice for beginners is use weekends to learn, not trade. Study patterns, risk management, position sizing. The real growth happens when the market isn’t even open.

    I honestly treat weekends as a reset. I stop staring at charts and give myself some room to breathe. Trading feels way clearer when I come back with a fresh mind on Monday.

    Honestly the weekend is the best time to reset your mindset. No pressure, no live charts. I usually catch up on a few traders’ thoughts Owen technical analysis is structured and it fits how I like to learn.

    I like doing my market prep on Saturdays. Helps clear the noise from the week. I’ll browse through different breakdowns and I’ve found Owen’s TA pretty useful to compare against my own notes.
