  • Best advice for beginners is use weekends to learn, not trade. Study patterns, risk management, position sizing. The real growth happens when the market isn’t even open.

  • Sundays are my analysis days. I go over what happened during the week, what mistakes I made and what I want to focus on next. When I need a clearer perspective, I sometimes watch Owen’s takes because he breaks things down to my understanding.

When people ask who I rate, I honestly don’t look past Barcode @Barcode . She has decades in the market and it 💯 shows. She is the numero uno 1️⃣ 🌟 Star Contributor and MVP 2024 for a reason. Hope your Aussie weekend is a solid one. Have fun in the market! We sure do with BC - Barcode! Ngā mihi 😻

I honestly treat weekends as a reset. I stop staring at charts and give myself some room to breathe. Trading feels way clearer when I come back with a fresh mind on Monday.

  • Honestly the weekend is the best time to reset your mindset. No pressure, no live charts. I usually catch up on a few traders’ thoughts Owen technical analysis is structured and it fits how I like to learn.

  • I like doing my market prep on Saturdays. Helps clear the noise from the week. I’ll browse through different breakdowns and I’ve found Owen’s TA pretty useful to compare against my own notes.

  • I use my weekends to journal everything from the week. Wins, losses, emotions, setups all of it. It’s boring but probably the most important part of my routine.

  • Weekend is the only time I really get to slow down and study charts without feeling rushed. I usually review a few traders content and Owen Moshey is one of the ones I check because he explains things in a way that actually sticks.
