Option Strategies: Jan 23 or Jan 30 Expiration
The good thing about the MLK holiday today and not having to work is ... 1) I slept in, 2) I can go shopping, and 3) I can plan out a few optionselling trades for earnings this week.
Looking at the following strikes as starting points for put-write trades, Jan 23 or Jan 30 expiration.
- $Netflix(NFLX)$ trade idea already posted previously
- $Interactive Brokers(IBKR)$ put strike in the 60-65 range
- $United Airlines(UAL)$ 85 put strike
- $Procter & Gamble(PG)$ 125 put strike
- $GE Aerospace(GE)$ tbd on put strike, but maybe around 285
- $Intuitive Surgical(ISRG)$ 460 put strike (targeting the gap)
- $Intel(INTC)$ put strike in the 30-35 range (sidenote: it took 2 years for this stock to get back around 50 👎🏽)
Am also looking at the following, but have not made any decisions yet: $Johnson & Johnson(JNJ)$ $Halliburton(HAL)$ $Ally(ALLY)$ $Charles Schwab(SCHW)$ $Travelers(TRV)$
