To The Moon

I continue to dollar-cost average into the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF (SOXL) because I believe the semiconductor cycle is still in the early stages of a multi-year structural expansion. Demand for compute power is being driven by artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and increasingly complex consumer and industrial electronics. While the sector has always been cyclical, the current wave of AI adoption is fundamentally raising the baseline demand for chips across the global economy. That makes periodic volatility less of a threat and more of an opportunity to accumulate exposure.

Another reason I keep adding through DCA is the leadership position of the companies inside the PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index, which SOXL tracks with leverage. Industry leaders such as Nvidia, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, and Broadcom are not just benefiting from AI hype—they are building the infrastructure that powers the entire digital economy. From GPUs and custom AI accelerators to advanced packaging and networking chips, these firms sit at the center of a technological arms race among hyperscalers and governments.

DCA also helps manage the inherent volatility of a leveraged ETF like SOXL. Because leverage magnifies both gains and drawdowns, trying to time perfect entries can be extremely difficult. By investing gradually instead of all at once, I reduce the risk of committing capital at short-term peaks while still maintaining exposure to long-term upside in the semiconductor ecosystem.

Ultimately, my strategy is not about predicting the next short-term move but about accumulating participation in one of the most important industries of the next decade. As AI, autonomous systems, robotics, and high-performance computing expand globally, semiconductors remain the foundational layer. For that reason, I'm comfortable continuing to DCA into SOXL and allowing time, innovation, and compounding to work in my favor.
