$ARM Holdings(ARM)$

The recent pullback across AI and semiconductor stocks has created a very different market environment from the euphoric rally we saw earlier this year. Rising rate concerns, profit-taking, and the upcoming wave of macro events have pressured many high-growth technology names. While some investors are becoming cautious, I see this correction as a healthy reset rather than the end of the AI investment cycle.

One stock I have been gradually accumulating during this pullback is ARM Holdings. Unlike many semiconductor companies that depend heavily on manufacturing capacity, ARM sits at the center of the global chip ecosystem through its licensing and royalty model. Its architecture powers billions of devices worldwide, from smartphones and PCs to cloud servers and emerging AI applications. As AI moves from data centers to edge devices, ARM's position becomes increasingly strategic.

What attracts me most is ARM's long-term exposure to multiple technology trends simultaneously. AI PCs, AI smartphones, autonomous systems, data centers, and Internet-of-Things devices all require energy-efficient computing. ARM's architecture has become the preferred choice for many companies seeking higher performance with lower power consumption. The success of custom silicon initiatives from major technology firms further strengthens the relevance of ARM's business model.

That is why I have chosen to collect ARM shares during this round of weakness instead of chasing momentum after big rallies. I am not trying to predict the exact bottom. Rather, I am building a position gradually whenever market volatility creates attractive entry opportunities. In my view, quality companies often become available at better prices during periods of fear and uncertainty.

Looking ahead, I believe the next phase of the AI revolution will extend far beyond GPUs alone. The winners will include companies that provide the underlying architecture enabling billions of intelligent devices. ARM remains one of the most important foundational players in that ecosystem. While short-term volatility may continue, I am comfortable using this pullback to accumulate shares and position myself for the longer-term AI opportunity.

As a retail investor, I focus mainly on the US and Singapore markets, combining a mix of technical trading and long-term investing strategies. I enjoy analyzing charts, spotting patterns, and making calculated moves based on both market sentiment and fundamentals. While I'm not a professional, I treat my portfolio seriously and continue to learn and grow with each trade.
