Besides being previously overpriced the drivers that caused the correction are primarily fundamental due to a number of reasons including IBM loosing a bunch of clients this quarter (who are pivoting away) as IBM failed to account for the pace/trend that their clients would transition from traditional localised software based systems to AI & cloud based servers, systems etc...
Unfortunately that, coupled with an over emphasis on the traditional hardware, expensive, CPU proccessors, semi-conductors & memory chips now has them in a bind...Not quick fixes bro...
It will probably go lower still before consolidating at some point but i don't see a rebound from "hype" or "fundamentals" happening here anytime soon either... (at least until they can turn things around)..
Also, with only 3.6% short interest (vastly low) + the other specific structural requirements for a "short squeeze" completely lacking, I'm personally bearish AF but GL bro... 🙄👍
