I believe electrical infrastructure and power generation will become increasingly important as AI data centers expand. Semiconductor companies may capture the initial excitement, but reliable electricity is essential to sustain AI growth.

Among the three, I would keep $Quanta(PWR)$ on my watchlist for its exposure to grid expansion, while $Caterpillar(CAT)$ and $Cummins(CMI)$ also offer opportunities in power generation and backup systems. However, I would compare their valuations, earnings growth and cash flow before investing.

I remain bullish on the long-term AI theme, but I will not chase stocks simply because they are linked to AI. I prefer companies with sustainable demand, strong fundamentals and reasonable valuations, while waiting patiently for attractive entry points.

That 15%+ data center power demand growth is the part I care about most. CAT fits that grid and backup spend way better than the usual AI hype names
