I love a good book and i’m challenging myself to read more fiction! I'm just finishing an easy summer holiday read by Dolly Alderton 'Good Material' - very funny. I’m also reading Peter Attia MD ‘Outlive' - an important read for those interested in being fully aware of Metabolic Dysfunction and the 'four hoursemen' of disease; how lifestyle modifications can make a huge impact by using science based approach to extending lifestyle - physical, cognitive and emotional. #functionalmedicine #rootcause

Gary Keller and Jay Papasan’s book The One Thing delivers a powerful message: the key to efficiency and achievement lies in focusing on what truly matters. While everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, high achievers maximize their time by concentrating on the most critical tasks that yield the greatest results, rather than scattering their efforts across numerous activities. Key Principles of the Book: 1. Prioritization: Let go of the desire to do everything and focus solely on what brings the most impactful outcomes. 2. The Power of Focus: Minimize distractions and immerse yourself fully in one key task to maximize productivity. 3. The Domino Effect: Small, focused successes compound to create significant achievements over time.

Thanks for sharing this amazing books list. I will try to get a look. I would like to recommend 2 books that I read and love in 2024. 1st is "The Psychology of Money" written by Morgan Housel. The book unfolds the truth of the money depending on our own habits and needs. It stated the importance of savings and investing with your own preference. 2nd book is "The Diary of a CEO" by Steven bartlett , and I saw a lot of his speech or talk before I bought the book and read. It is very inspiring and I highly recommend to all of you. @Tiger_comments

I used to read a lot of books in my younger days but now age is catching up with me. My eyes can’t focus on the words unless it is in a big print. Now I can only watch videos on TV or on my iPad to learn or obtain news about investments or anything which interests me. My favourite books are Harry Potter series by JK Rowling. It has kept me glued to it till I finished the book. If I could, I would read all the books recommended by you.

🐝🐝🐝 Buzzing About the Bee’s Knees of Books! 🐝🐝🐝 I've just started The Bee Sting by Paul Murray, and it is already hard to put down. I am totally buzzing over this gift from my dear friend @Hen Solo, for Christmas.! This is not just the queen bee of novels; it is the whole hive! 🍯 Paul Murray masterfully spins a tale that will have you saying, “Hive never read anything like this!” Following an Irish family caught in a web of financial and emotional stings, the story is packed with humour, heartbreak, and enough plot pollen to stick with you long after the last page. It is a jar of literary honey, sweet, sharp, and absolutely addictive. 🐝🐝 Bee warned: this book will have you buzzing for days! If you are after something that is as bitters

Start 2025 with Great Books! 📚 What’s on Your Reading List?

As we step into 2025, it’s the perfect time to set some reading goals and dive into books that inspire, educate, and entertain. Here’s what’s on my reading list—and why I’m excited about it! 1. Revisiting Magical Worlds I’d love to read more books from the Harry Potter series and perhaps explore spin-offs, fan interpretations, or deep dives into the wizarding world. The magical storytelling, fascinating characters, and intricate plotlines make these books hard to put down. Maybe even books about J.K. Rowling’s inspirations or how she built such a captivating world would be fascinating. 2. Deepening My Knowledge of Investing and Trading One of my biggest goals for 2025 is to expand my knowledge of the stock market and build a more disciplined and informed approach to investing. Start 2025 with Great Books! 📚 What’s on Your Reading List?

New year, new books! Let’s kick off 2025 by diving into some amazing reads. Did you come across any particularly great books in 2024 that you’d recommend to everyone? Here are a few that really inspired me—each one unique and full of insights. When Genius Failed written by Roger LowensteinIt’s an engaging and fast-paced story about risk, greed, and the rise and fall of a Wall Street giant—definitely not dry financial theory, but a captivating read you’ll finish in no time! This book tells the dramatic rise and fall of Long-Term Capital Management, a hedge fund run by “geniuses” that still managed to crash spectacularly. The Essays of Warren Buffett written by Lawrence A. CunninghamA collection of Buffett’s famous shareholder letters. It’s simple, direct, and full of practical wisdom about in

Thanks for sharing these book recommendations! To be honest, I’m not much of a reader. I prefer watching videos, especially when it comes to topics like investing and personal growth. I find it easier to digest information through visual content, whether it’s about finance or life lessons. I spend time following investment channels that break down complex concepts into engaging, bite-sized formats. That said, I do recognize the value in books like "The Intelligent Investor" & "Principles" by Ray Dalio. The way you describe them makes me curious, especially how Howard Marks tackles risk and long-term decision-making in "The Most Important Thing." While reading isn't my usual choice, I can see how these books could deepen my understanding of investing strategies and decision-making. Mayb
