$Qualcomm(QCOM)$ would you trim if you have $Qualcomm(QCOM)$ ? At the current QCOM price around $202, I would trim modestly rather than exit, especially after the sharp move from the $160–180 area. QCOM jumped about 9.3% on Sept. 21 and closed at $201.97 on Sept. 25. Why I’d trim some 1. The recent rally has caught up with near-term valuation. QCOM is now around 23× trailing earnings / ~20× forward earnings. The current analyst consensus target is about $204, essentially around the market price. 2. The fundamental picture is mixed. The latest quarter showed: * Revenue $9.95B, -4% YoY * Handset revenue -20% * Automotive revenue +61% * Q4 adjusted EPS guidance $2.05–$2.25, below the then-consensu
I don't think the market suddenly discovered dilution a day late. The shares were being sold through an ATM programme, so the dilution was happening gradually and was already known. What changed when the raise was completed was certainty: 29.3 million new shares had actually been issued, raising US$1.94B. That's roughly 5% dilution against Rocket Lab's previous common-share count. Thursday's rally may therefore have been relief that the Iridium financing was secured and the US$3.6B bridge facility could be cancelled. Friday then looked more like the market digesting the other side of that trade: a stronger balance sheet, but more shares dividing the future upside. So I wouldn't say dilution was priced exactly one day late. The market first rewarded financing certainty, then reconsidered w
HOOD is shifting gears — Prediction Markets just overtook Crypto Robinhood just showed something big in the numbers. In Q2, revenue from its prediction markets (event contracts) hit $156 million. Crypto trading brought in only $100 million. That’s the first time prediction markets have beaten crypto at Robinhood. And a big part of the jump came from Rothera — the CFTC-licensed prediction market exchange they launched with Susquehanna in late May/June. Rothera processed over 3.5 billion contracts in a very short time and quickly became one of the top platforms. World Cup volume helped a lot, and now football season is kicking in. Management is routing more and more flow through Rothera so they keep a bigger piece of the economics instead of sharing it with third-party exchanges. This is not
$BABA-W(09988)$ $Alibaba(BABA)$ $BABA-W(09988)$ BABA seems to hold up pretty well last week. It closed slightly Lower than the previous week but compare to the overall market it outperformed it. The overall market seems will continue the downward trend this week but BABA should be fine.

$UOB(U11.SI)$ This is one of the big banking trio in Singapore and the cheapest in valuation terms. Strong fundamentals and diversified Businesses in various countries. Recently it shows it is breaking out to the upside. Still undervalued.

SPX Elliott Wave: Rally From the Blue Box Buying Zone
Hello fellow traders. Our Elliott Wave analysis has identified several high-quality trading setups recently, including the SPX setup discussed below. At roughly 74 times sales and 100 times forward earnings, Palantir has become less a conventional software valuation exercise than a referendum on how valuable the operating layer of enterprise AI could eventually become. Wall Street rarely agrees on anything, but Palantir Technologies has achieved something special: it has given analysts an unusually large number of ways to disagree. At $189.67, $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ carries a market capitalisation of approximately $456 billion. Analyst targets stretch from $80 to $255, while the average sits at $195.57. That is not ordinary forecasting noise. Investors are effectively valuing two different companies wearing the same ticker. One is an extraordinarily profitable AI platform entering a
High-Beta Stocks Are Soaring: Chase the Rally or Wait for the Shakeout?
$XAU/USD(XAUUSD.FOREX)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ $Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ High-beta stocks are doing exactly what they are designed to do when risk appetite returns: move faster than the market. But that creates a dangerous psychological trap. The stronger the rally becomes, the easier it is to believe that waiting means missing out. I see it differently. Beta tells me how fast a stock may move. It does not tell me whether the price is worth paying. So I am not asking which hig
My Broadcom Calls Are Down 13%. The Stock Is Down 3%.
Mathematical Money | September 27, 2026 Let me give you the quarter first, without the ticker attached, and you tell me what you'd expect the stock to do. Revenue of $29.6 billion, up 86% year on year. AI revenue alone at $16.7 billion, up 221%, which makes AI more than half the entire company now. Management guiding next quarter to $34.8 billion and saying $350 billion of shipments are already locked in across FY27 and FY28. That's Broadcom's September quarter. By almost any measure it's one of the better quarters a large company has printed this year. The stock closed Friday at $352.81. Over the past month it has gone essentially nowhere — down less than one percent. It's also about 27% below where it traded at the start of June, so the damage was done earlier and it has been grinding si
Markets are heading into a catalyst-heavy week. AI remains the strongest theme, with Wall Street ending Friday higher as Microsoft rallied 3.7% and the major indices all gained. At the same time, I am watching the other side of the equation: oil and Treasury yields. Brent is rising again today as US-Iran tensions remain unresolved, which could revive inflation and rate concerns. My main stock to watch is $Micron Technology (MU)$. Its earnings on 30 September could be an important test for the entire AI memory trade. I will be watching HBM demand, pricing, margins and especially forward guidance rather than simply whether MU beats headline estimates. $Microsoft (MSFT)$ and $Akamai (AKAM)$ are also on my watchlist after renewed AI enthusiasm. Akamai's US$11.6 billion, seven-year Anthropic cl
