$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ 🌟🌟🌟 I invest in PropNex because it is a Singapore success story - one of humble beginnings, relentless grit and a journey from a local start up to be an undisputed market leader. Watching Ismail Gafoor, Executive Chairman of PropNex who rose from a newspaper delivery boy to building a real estate empire is inspiring.  It mirrors the same grit and determination that built Singapore. PropNex doesn't just broker deals.  It guides every day Singaporean  families through this journey of owning a home with clarity, using data and proprietary wealth tools to protect people from costly mistakes. Best of all PropNex operates with zero debt and offers me a dividend yield of 5.2%, while waiting for capital growth.

TOPAgathaHume: Zero debt is nice, but that 5.2% yield still lives and dies on transaction volume. Property brokers look safest right before the cycle bites lol

Big Tech Earnings Will Test the Returns on AI Spending

The market: technology shares await earnings and the Federal Reserve The $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ slipped 0.01 per cent to US$704.40 on Friday, while the $S&P 500(.SPX)$ fell 0.52 per cent to US$759.97. After the previous session's sharp technology sell-off, the indices did not immediately choose a new direction. Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Intel and several storage companies report between Wednesday and Thursday, while the Federal Reserve decision is due at 2am Beijing time on 29 October. Earnings, cash flow and interest rates will all reset the value assigned to AI assets within a narrow window. The prevailing expectation is for the Federal Reserve to keep its 3.75 per cent
Big Tech Earnings Will Test the Returns on AI Spending
TOPKelvin 梁: The main recent development for Invesco QQQ (QQQ) watchlist is a renewed AI/mega-cap technology sell-off , accompanied by a sharp rise in crude oil prices. A 2026-10-23 market report noted that Meta’s quarterly results helped trigger weakness in the AI trade while oil surged, pressuring the Nasdaq complex. Tiger News Why it matters for QQQ: QQQ is highly concentrated in large technology and AI-linked companies: NVIDIA (NVDA) watchlist and Apple (AAPL) watchlist each account for about 8% of the fund, followed by Microsoft (MSFT) watchlist at about 6%. That concentration means concern over AI spending, cloud-demand returns, or higher inflation/rates from energy prices can transmit quickly to the ETF rather than remaining a single-stock issue. The latest available quote shows QQQ at US$704.40 in the prior regular session, with pre-market pricing at US$707.95 on 2026-10-26. The nearby quoted support and resistance levels were US$691.62 and US$727.01 , respectively. I did not find

The October Curse Strikes US Stocks as Equities and Gold Show Signs of a Breakdown

I have repeatedly highlighted October as a key turning-point window for US equity indices. Whatever the news backdrop, a break below the key trend line should prompt us to consider reducing risk. US indices have yet to see a sharp acceleration in selling, but other markets, including mainland China's A-share market, have already fallen. It is hard to tell whether this reflects a synchronized move across markets or local developments. With most of the news unfavorable, however, temporarily reducing risk is a prudent choice. $China A50 Index - main 2610(CNmain)$ $Hang Seng Index - main 2610(HSImain)$ $Hang Seng Index - Oct 2026(HSI2610)$

TOPYumZoay: Check the history first: last October SPX actually finished green, so the October curse narrative feels overstated. Trend break matters more than the calendar to me

AI Earnings Week 📅| Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon Face the Cash Flow Test

Hi Tigers🐯, This week puts the economics of AI infrastructure under the spotlight. Microsoft ($$MSFT) and Alphabet $$GOOGL) are scheduled to report on October 28, followed by Amazon ($AMZN) on October 29. These are upcoming releases: the September-quarter results had not been published as of October 26, 2026. [1–3] My focus is on whether cloud demand can support durable profits and cash generation as investment expands. A revenue beat could help sentiment, but the spending outlook and funding plan may decide whether that confidence lasts. 1 | The Earnings Calendar📅 Company Reporting period Scheduled release Microsoft | MSFT FY2027 Q1 Oct. 28, 2026 | After close Alphabet | GOOGL 2026 Q3 Oct. 28, 2026 | After close Amazon | AMZN 2026 Q3 Oct. 29, 2026 | After close Dates use the U.S. Eastern
AI Earnings Week 📅| Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon Face the Cash Flow Test
TOPOptionspuppy: I agree My directional outlook is conditional. I would become more constructive on results that combine resilient cloud demand, credible margin guidance and a clearer cash recovery path. If spending rises while those signals weaken, I would expect valuation pressure to remain

🎁Weekly EPS Growth & Dividend Leaders: GOOG, MSFT, AMZN, V, CAT and more

😀Hi Tigers, As the Q3 earnings season unfolds, we’re taking a closer look at potential outperformers from two key angles: EPS expectations and dividend performance. In the first part, we highlight the top 20 stocks by market capitalization with stronger EPS estimates ahead of their earnings, scheduled between October 26 and October 30. 🎁Weekly Higher EPS Estimates: GOOG, MSFT, AMZN, V, XOM & More 1. Why EPS Matters? Earnings per share(EPS) refer to the income per share brought to investors/shareholders in the open market. EPS is calculated as a company's profit divided by the outstanding shares of its common stock. The resulting number serves as an indicator of a company's profitability. Investors like companies with high profitability, and the market always rewards those earnings resu

POLL>>🪙 | 💰 10 US Stocks Hit New Highs: AAPL, XOM ,CVX, SHEL,COP.....
TOPShyon: I find it interesting that energy stocks dominate this list of stocks trading near record highs. Higher oil prices and stronger refining margins support earnings, but I would not chase the rally blindly. I prefer companies with strong cash flow, manageable debt, and consistent shareholder returns. Outside energy, I would watch $Apple(AAPL)$ and $NASDAQ(.IXIC)$ for their services and financial infrastructure businesses. However, valuation matters even for quality companies. I prefer accumulating gradually during pullbacks rather than buying simply because a stock is making new highs. Personally, I focus on balancing growth with risk management. Strong earnings and cash flow matter more than price momentum alone. I would favor fundamentally sound companies with sustainable earnings and reasonable valuations while keeping cash ready for better entry points. @Tiger_comments @TigerStars @TigerClub @TigerPicks

Weekly | OU8, F17, T24, E28, 41B, 53W, JCO, TAP & 1V3 lead Buybacks

Over the five sessions through to 22 October, more than 70 filings relating to directors’ interests and substantial shareholdings were filed across 40 primary-listed stocks. Directors or CEOs reported 29 acquisitions and one disposal, while substantial shareholders filed 10 acquisitions and three disposals.  The five sessions through to 22 October saw 20 primary-listed companies conduct buybacks with a total consideration of S$20.0 million, half the run rate of the previous week as the earnings season heats up. $UOB(U11.SI)$ again led the activity with S$8.1 million of buybacks, followed by $ST Engineering(S63.SI)$ with S$5.1 million. 1. $Centurion(OU8.SI)
Weekly | OU8, F17, T24, E28, 41B, 53W, JCO, TAP & 1V3 lead Buybacks
TOPBruceBryant: UOB leading with S$8.1 million again is a pretty clean signal. I care more about whether that buyback pace stays steady through earnings season as a real complement to dividends
