$Enphase Energy(ENPH)$ reached an all-time peak of over $300 per share during the height of the global clean energy and residential solar boom in late 2022. Since then, a combination of high interest rates, policy headwinds (such as net-metering changes in key markets like California), and a cyclical slowdown in residential solar demand pulled the stock down into the $25 to $35 range. For Enphase to structurally scale back toward triple-digit valuations and past highs over the long term, management is not waiting for a passive market recovery. Instead, they are executing a deliberate multi-pillar expansion strategy aimed at more than doubling the size of the company. Key Pillars of Enphase’s Long-Term Growth Plan 1. Fed Holds Rates Steady as Big Tech Earnings Put AI Spending Under the Microscope: 3 ETFs to Watch

The Federal Reserve has held interest rates steady, but uncertainty remains. With inflation still elevated, investors are reassessing the possibility of another rate hike while turning their attention to a crucial question for the technology sector: Can massive AI investments deliver sustainable returns? The latest earnings from $Microsoft(MSFT)$ and $Alphabet(GOOG)$ offer two different perspectives. Both companies reported strong cloud growth, but their financial results and market reactions highlighted the growing importance of cash flow, advertising performance, and the returns generated by AI investments. For investors looking to navigate this changing landscape, three

The 700 call has only 139 contracts of OI despite very high same-day volume, so it is an active trading strike rather than an established OI wall. What matters: 695 is the immediate pivot. It carries the heaviest displayed put positioning and sits nearly at spot, so a sustained move through it could make hedging flows more reactive rather than stable. 700 is the key nearby round-number battleground. Put OI is substantial there, while call volume was exce

$NVDA 20261028 217.5 CALL$   Trading NVDA call options was a valuable learning experience. Although I expected the stock to move higher, the options did not perform as anticipated, and rolling positions to later expiries came with additional costs and realized losses. I learned that predicting the direction of a stock is only part of the equation; timing, strike price, expiry, and implied volatility also matter significantly. Options can move quickly, especially near expiry, so risk management and position sizing are essential. Going forward, I will focus on clearer entry and exit plans, avoid emotional decisions, and manage risk more carefully rather than trying to recover losses.

How To Navigate the Tech Shakeout: Hawkish Monetary Policy, Earnings Divergence, and Geopolitical Friction

The tech rally is under immediate pressure and looking shaky. While the Federal Reserve held the benchmark interest rate steady at 3.75% to 4.00%, US stock futures tumbled in early Thursday trading. In this article, we would like to look at the analysis of US Federal Reserve policy, Big Tech valuation realities, and Middle East energy risks. The article would covers the following: The "Hawkish Hold" Anatomy: Decoupling the Fed’s interest rate pause from rising terminal rate expectations. Micro Earnings vs. Macro Realities: Amazon and Intel earnings previews in the context of cloud growth, AI capex ROI, and semiconductor dynamics. Geopolitical Oil Shocks & Energy Transmission: Middle East tensions, oil price spikes, and secondary inflation risks. CME FedWatch Probabilities & Monetar

The key distinction is that implied volatility is elevated, while the share price remains near its 52-week floor and the latest report still showed an EPS/EBIT miss. Big Options Bets: Nasdaq 29,000 Put Positions Explode as Gold Bulls Pile In at $4,350

Options on futures are option contracts whose underlying assets are futures contracts. Trading volume and open interest reveal how capital is positioned across different expiries and strike prices. They provide useful signals on market expectations, risk appetite and potential support or resistance zones, although they should not be interpreted as direct bullish or bearish signals. Today’s analysis covers changes in large options trades and open interest on October 28 relative to October 27. These are the latest available data in this report and provide a reference for assessing positioning and risk appetite. The latest futures options data show continued divergence across markets. The S&P 500 saw a wider put-side advantage, with multiple near-term strikes adding positions and the 6,20

$Alphabet(GOOG)$   $GOOGL Cloud revenue +103%. Operating income +30%. Stock -10% after hours. Same night, Microsoft spent $45B on capex and rose ~4%. So the market is not punishing AI spending. Elliott Wave View: GDX Rally Expected in at Least 3 Waves

The short-term Elliott Wave outlook for Gold Miners ETF (GDX) suggests the corrective cycle from the August 26 high has already ended as a seven-swing structure. From that peak, wave (W) declined to $91.19. A corrective rally in wave (X) then reached $98.36. Selling pressure resumed afterward, with wave (Y) extending lower to $78.93. This decline completed wave ((W)) at a higher degree as 45 minutes chart below shows. As a result, GDX should now be in the early stages of a larger corrective recovery. The structure favors at least a three-wave rally against the decline from the August high. The advance from the $78.93 low is unfolding as an impulsive sequence. Wave 1 ended at $81.60. Wave 2 then pulled back and finished at $79.08. From there, the ETF resumed its climb and extended higher in

COIN: The Part 2 I Promised A Year Ago

hey everyone, Wonton Investor here. let's talk about Coinbase again. some of you on here might remember my two earlier $Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$  posts. in December 2024 i pitched it as a Peter Lynch cyclical, a business whose earnings swing with the crypto cycle, so the trick is to buy it when things look dead. i said i'd only buy at a 20% discount to my ~$180 intrinsic value estimate, so under $150. then in mid-2025, after the GENIUS Act passed and the big institutions started building on Coinbase, i wrote that i was doubling down and that COIN had gone from a cyclical buy to a long-term foundational hold. this is the follow-up i promised back then. it's mostly an accountability post. getting lucky, then getting greedy on Libe

I've said this about a billion times, but apparently it needs saying a billion and one: CAPEX does NOT automatically translate into profits. Spending billions on AI infrastructure is not the same as earning billions from it. But hey, why bother with revenue, margins, cash flow, or return on investment when you can just announce another $100 billion in spending and watch Wall Street applaud? Apparently, the more you spend, the richer you become. Revolutionary economics! 😂

I’d pick Goldman Sachs here. An earnings beat alone means less when 80%+ of companies are beating. I’d rather look at valuation, earnings quality and how much optimism is already priced in. At around 12x earnings, GS gives me more valuation cushion than chasing a high-growth stock after a major re-rating. SOFI’s growth is attractive, but expectations and valuation make execution increasingly important. I’m also cautious about calling MS a “memory supercycle” play. Morgan Stanley is primarily an investment bank and wealth manager, not a semiconductor memory company. More broadly, this earnings season reinforces one point for me: “beat” is becoming the minimum requirement. The stocks I’d favour are those that can beat, raise guidance and generate stronger cash flow without requiring ever-in

B. Hold rates steady. A hold is already heavily priced in, so I think the bigger market mover will be the guidance for December and the reaction of Treasury yields. If the Fed signals another hike, I wouldn’t automatically buy the first tech dip. I’d watch the 10-year yield and earnings first. If yields rise but profitable tech companies with strong free cash flow continue delivering earnings growth, I’d view a valuation-driven sell-off as a potential buying opportunity. But if higher yields coincide with weakening earnings, shrinking margins or AI capex rising much faster than cash generation, I’d stay patient. For me, the opportunity is not simply “tech fell, buy”. It is whether fundamentals remain strong after the discount rate moves higher.

TOPzookie: A pause sounds right, but the bigger tell is whether term premium rises while real growth expectations stay flat. If that decouples, tech probably trades on duration stress before fundamentals crack.
