$Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd.(CWGYF)$ Carnegie Clean Energy has shared an update on the final assembly, which is scheduled for October off the coast of Spain. They highlighted some of the recent ACHIEVE PTO Module assembly work done at SKF Group, a specialist in rolling bearings, seals, and lubrication systems. The team has been integrating electrical and cooling systems with support from their electrical partner SEI SL. Seeing these subsystems come together inside the PTO Module is a pretty solid step forward.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Brent learned his lesson with the media player he sold to MSFT. AMFN is a subsidiary of Kepler Aerospace, which has worked with DARPA for several years, so it feels like we are in good hands.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Making software great again. The next target is 456, and then the gap fill. It's worth noting how it held around the 444 stop level.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ With a $50 billion dollar cloud backlog, $Alphabet(GOOG)$  and $Alphabet(GOOGL)$  are eating everybody's lunch and dinner with that $514 billion dollar cloud backlog.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$  Just extended data center and office building useful lives from 15 to 25 years starting FY27. Quiet but powerful signal. The buildings and power infrastructure pure-plays like $IREN Ltd(IREN)$  $Cipher Mining Inc.(CIFR)$  $TeraWulf Inc.(WULF)$  $Soluna Holdings, Inc.(SLNH)$  just got a longer economic-life endorsement from the biggest hyperscaler. GPUs still turn over fast. The real estate and power don't. That's the part that compounds.

$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares(SOXL)$ I don't really care what anyone says. AI is the real deal. I've been using Google Gemini and it comes across as genuinely thoughtful. Tempting to own GOOGL.

The long-term setup is getting interesting. I'm watching the Fibonacci levels closely as Alphabet enters what looks like a potential long-term accumulation zone. My framework: entry zone around $301-$356, with a long-term target of $600. I previously held $Alphabet(GOOGL)$  LEAPS that delivered a strong return, and I'm looking at 2028+ LEAPS again as part of a long-term AI/cloud thesis. The reason I'm interested: AI monetization is still developing, Google Cloud continues expanding, Gemini and AI products could create new growth opportunities, and Alphabet remains one of the strongest cash-flow businesses in tech. I'm also exploring strategies like selling LEAPS puts to generate premium while building longer-term exposure. Of course, options

$Alphabet(GOOGL)$  I still can't wrap my head around how this isn't the most valuable company. It feels heavily undervalued, especially after some pretty insane earnings. Even with the CAPEX factored in, I think it should be trading in the 370-400 range following that report.

$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ Everybody loves TV news. I'm not paying much attention to the AI angle here.
