The major indices may have bottomed here. I'm seeing daily charts on $iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM)$  and $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$  showing bullish divergence, while $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$  made a lower low. But we can't start the rally until the RTL breaks and holds.
