๐Ÿ’ฐ Stocks to Watch Today, 15 October: Iโ€™m Shopping the Fear, But Not Every Dip Deserves My Money

Today feels very different from the easy momentum days.

Nasdaq is down nearly 2%. Hot CPI has brought the higher-for-longer narrative roaring back. AI names are being deleveraged. Memory stocks have another headache from CXMT. And suddenly, stocks investors were desperate to buy weeks ago look frightening again.

I actually like markets like this.

Not because I enjoy seeing my portfolio red ๐Ÿ˜…, but because fear creates price separation.

Good companies fall. Questionable companies fall. Speculative companies fall.

The opportunity is figuring out which is which.

My five watches today are Micron (MU), Circle (CRCL), SanDisk (SNDK), Rezolve AI (RZLV) and Beyond Meat (BYND).

But I am treating each very differently.

๐Ÿ”ฅ MU: THE ONE I MOST WANT TO BUY LOWER

MU around $874 is becoming very interesting.

Think about what has hit Micron almost simultaneously:

Hot CPI.

Higher-rate fears.

AI deleveraging.

CXMT challenging conventional DRAM.

Questions about whether memory pricing has peaked.

That is a lot of fear being compressed into one stock price.

The CXMT threat is real. I am not dismissing it.

But CXMT demonstrating technological progress is different from proving it can manufacture server DRAM at high yields, huge scale and competitive economics.

And most importantly, conventional DRAM competition is not the same thing as breaking Micron's HBM thesis.

So I am watching one question:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Is MU falling faster than its earnings thesis is deteriorating?

Right now, I think it probably is.

My levels:

$860-$890: First Pick

We are here. I start accumulating, but I keep plenty of ammunition.

$800-$840: Preferred Pick

This is the zone I really want if HBM demand remains intact.

$740-$790: Strong Pick

If MU reaches here because of macro fear rather than collapsing fundamentals, I become considerably more aggressive.

$930-$950: First Recovery

$990-$1,020: Bullish Confirmation

Below $740: Thesis Check

My mistake would be going all-in at $874 simply because MU used to trade above $1,000.

I would rather paddle in.

MU does not owe me a rebound just because it became cheaper.

But if the fundamentals hold, every additional $50-$70 lower makes the risk/reward increasingly interesting.

๐Ÿ’ก MU is my highest-conviction watch today.

๐Ÿช™ CRCL: THE ONE THAT COULD SURPRISE PEOPLE

CRCL is probably my most interesting non-semiconductor watch.

Circle gives me exposure to a completely different structural theme: stablecoins becoming financial infrastructure.

And there is a fascinating contradiction here.

Higher rates hurt growth-stock valuations.

But higher rates can also increase Circle's reserve income.

So unlike many growth stocks, higher-for-longer is not automatically terrible for Circle's underlying business.

The bigger questions are:

Can USDC circulation keep expanding?

Can Arc become economically meaningful?

Can Circle turn its expanding partnerships into actual transaction volume and revenue?

That is what I care about.

My levels:

$78-$82: First Pick

$70-$75: Preferred Pick

$62-$68: Strong Pick

$88-$92: Recovery

$98-$102: Breakout

$108-$115: Bull Extension

Below $60: Thesis Check

CRCL remains volatile enough that I refuse to chase it.

But if the market gives me another panic move while USDC fundamentals continue improving?

I will be watching very closely. ๐Ÿ‘€

๐Ÿ’พ SNDK: IS THE MARKET PUNISHING THE WRONG STOCK?

This might be the most interesting dislocation on my board.

SanDisk is around $1,336 after getting dragged down with the memory complex.

The problem?

The latest CXMT fear is primarily about server DRAM.

SanDisk is predominantly a NAND story.

That does not mean SNDK cannot fall. NAND has its own cycle and risks.

But investors may currently be doing something markets frequently do during panic:

Sell the basket first. Ask questions later.

That interests me.

My levels:

$1,300-$1,350: First Pick

We are basically here.

$1,200-$1,275: Preferred Pick

$1,100-$1,175: Strong Pick

$1,425-$1,475: First Recovery

$1,525-$1,575: Bullish Confirmation

$1,650-$1,700: Next Target

Below $1,100: Thesis Check

Between MU and SNDK:

MU is my stronger fundamental conviction.

SNDK may be my cleaner overreaction trade.

That distinction matters.

๐Ÿค– RZLV: GREAT STORY, TERRIBLE CHART

Ah, RZLV.

This is the stock where I keep asking:

When will the share price finally start believing the business story?

Rezolve continues building its AI-commerce ecosystem and accumulating potentially meaningful commercial relationships.

But the stock has stubbornly refused to reward investors.

Eventually, one side has to win.

Either the business catches up with expectations...

or the share price is warning us about something the bullish narrative is missing.

That is why I refuse to average down blindly.

My levels:

$1.80-$1.90: First Pick

$1.65-$1.75: Strong Pick

$2.00-$2.05: First Recovery

$2.12-$2.15: Confirmation

$2.20-$2.25: Reversal Confirmation

$2.35-$2.40: Breakout

For RZLV, I increasingly want price confirmation, not another exciting announcement.

If it can reclaim $2.12-$2.15 and hold it, my interest rises substantially.

Until then, RZLV remains my speculative AI watch, not my core position.

๐Ÿฅฉ BYND: THIS ONE IS A TRADE, NOT A LOVE STORY

BYND is the wild card.

And I want to be very clear about how I treat it.

I am not investing in BYND the same way I invest in MU.

I am trading volatility.

Beyond Meat can produce explosive rebounds when sentiment flips, but its fundamental problems have not magically disappeared.

So position sizing matters more than conviction.

My levels:

$6.50-$6.80: First Pick

$5.80-$6.30: Preferred Speculative Pick

$5.00-$5.50: Deep Pick

$7.20-$7.50: First Recovery

$8.00-$8.50: Reversal Confirmation

$9-$10: Trading Target

Below $5: Thesis Check

If BYND suddenly jumps 20%, I am not going to convince myself it has become the next Nvidia ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I take the trade for what it is.

๐ŸŽฏ SO WHERE WOULD I PUT MY MONEY TODAY?

If I had fresh capital and had to rank these five:

๐Ÿฅ‡ MU: Highest Conviction

This is where I see the best combination of real earnings power, AI exposure and increasingly attractive valuation.

๐Ÿฅˆ SNDK: Best Potential Overreaction

CXMT is attacking the DRAM narrative, yet SNDK is primarily NAND. I want to see whether indiscriminate selling creates an opportunity.

๐Ÿฅ‰ CRCL: Best Tactical Diversifier

Different industry, different catalysts, and an unusual relationship with higher interest rates.

RZLV: Highest Speculative AI Upside

Interesting story, but I want the chart to finally confirm it.

BYND: Pure Trading Vehicle

Potentially explosive, but I keep it small.

โš ๏ธ ONE NUMBER COULD MOVE ALL FIVE

Today I am watching Treasury yields almost as closely as these stocks.

If yields continue climbing after the hot CPI print, growth stocks could easily experience another leg lower.

That does not automatically mean their businesses deteriorated.

And this is where the opportunity could emerge.

Imagine:

MU falls toward $820.

HBM orders remain strong.

AI capex remains strong.

Earnings estimates barely move.

Treasury yields then peak.

That is a very different setup from MU falling to $820 because customers cancelled HBM orders.

Same stock price. Completely different trade.

This is why I keep separating:

๐Ÿ“‰ Price deterioration

from

๐Ÿ“‰ Thesis deterioration.

They are not the same thing.

MY PLAN FOR TODAY

I am not trying to catch the exact bottom.

I am trying to position myself so that I do not need to.

For MU, I start around $860-$890 and save more capital for $800-$840.

For SNDK, $1,300-$1,350 interests me, but $1,200-$1,275 would make the risk/reward much better.

For CRCL, I wait for my levels instead of chasing crypto excitement.

For RZLV, I want price confirmation.

For BYND, I trade the volatility and keep position size disciplined.

There is one rule connecting all five:

A falling stock is not automatically cheap.

Cheap happens when price falls faster than intrinsic value.

Sometimes the market gives us a discount.

Sometimes it gives us a warning.

Our job is figuring out which one we are looking at.

For today, MU is the one I most want to own. SNDK is the dislocation I find most interesting. CRCL is the wildcard I do not want to ignore.

And if this market wants to give me another ugly red day?

I have my shopping list ready. ๐Ÿ›’

MU is still the cleanest watch here. HBM pricing power feels underappreciated, and that matters way more than one hot CPI print
