Zhou Liu Fu (Ticker 6168.HK) Debuted at HK$24, opening up ~11.3% and climbing into the gray market at HK$27.1 before trading began . Concerns remain: heavy reliance on its franchise model, shallow R&D spend (<0.5% of revenue), and reputational risks from past controversies . 2. Hong Kong’s IPO market is roaring back in 2025, with proceeds up over 700% year-on-year and heavyweight listings like Midea Group and SF Holding leading the charge. Popular picks—especially A+H dual listings in tech, consumer, and industrials—are drawing strong institutional demand and often pricing at the top of their range. If you’re looking for liquidity, analyst coverage, and post-listing momentum, these names offer a safer glide path. But don’t sleep on the underdogs. Smaller IPOs like Ying Tong Holdings (06883) and Shengbeila (02508) have seen strong oversubscription and solid first-day pops—some up over 50%. These lesser-known names often fly under the radar but can deliver outsized returns if backed by credible sponsors and strong fundamentals. So, what’s the play? If you’re risk-a

I won’t check out laopu gold’s new store in Singapore at all. The designs are not that exquisite for me to consider it as a luxury brand. So, I am definitely not going to pay for the workmanship. For it to take off in Singapore, it needs to have designs that appeal to the population. The demand for such pieces usually comes only for big events like marriage and I think many of the older folks have their preferences already and it can be very hard to convince them to pay much more for luxury pieces for their children or their spouses who may not even like the designs. I definitely will not subscribe to Zhou Liu Fu’s IPO due to its weak fundamentals. HK IPO Fever Is Real! 💥 Made a 2x or Caught in a Pump? 🧧📈 Let's talk about the red-hot Hong Kong IPO scene—because it's not just heating up, it's exploding. In the first half of 2025, HKEX has raised $12.8 billion, far outpacing both Nasdaq and NYSE. That alone is a statement—but here's the kicker: 70–80% of those IPOs are profitable right now. Let that sink in. Mainland China investors are swarming the IPO pipeline. Even AI-assisted trading platforms in Singapore have jumped in. It's become the go-to playground for fast money in Asia. This week, the spotlight's on Sanhua Holdings, a name being thrown around in chatrooms and brokerage circles as the next potential breakout. So what's really going on here? 🌟🌟🌟Another exciting IPO $ZHOU LIU FU(06168)$ is in the pipeline as this jewelery company aims to raise HKD 1.12 billion by selling 46.8 million shares for HK D 24 per share. Is Zhou Liu Fu (ZLF) a good company to invest in? With over 4100 stores and a franchise driven growth model, ZLF is a mass market force in China's gold jewellery landscape.  There is strong ECommerce momentum and confidence is running high. But compare it to Laopu Gold $LAOPU GOLD(06181)$ ZLF aims squarely at the mid tier consumer while Laopu Gold is positioned as a premium heritage brand. ZLF is like Nike while Laopu Gold is like Hermes.  So both companies cater to different segments of the jewelery market. Bottom Line
