The stock remains approximately 48% below its 52-week high of $233.67, but is now pressing against the recent resistance area near $133.01, fueled by renewed AI-driven optical networking sentiment. 🚀 Key Drivers AI Infrastructure Demand: Continued hyperscaler spending on data center interconnects supports AAOI's high-speed optical transceiver growth narrative. Semiconductor Sentiment Spillover: Strength in Taiwan Semiconductor and related AI hardware names lifted the broader optical components complex. Short Covering Momentum: Short volume ratio remained elevated above 21% in early October, creating fuel for a squeeze-driven rebound. 🎯 Price

Cognition and Fortune: Money-Making Plans and Strategies for 2026–2028
Cognition and Fortune: Money-Making Plans and Strategies for 2026–2028 Published by: Minglong Think Tank | Strategy Research: Yu Minglong The combination of AI intelligence, big data and robotics marks the dawn of core intelligent productivity and the core intelligence era. The defining features of this era include mass unemployment, growing grid-based stratification of society, and mounting employment pressure alongside rising living costs. These trends will inevitably trigger industry-wide and localized social unrest. As intelligent applications and AI computing power spread explosively across the globe, the survival conflict between core intelligent productivity and human labor will escalate: labor costs will decline while jobs become increasingly scarce, giving rise to more extreme soc
1. Weekly Market Overview Last week, U.S. equities overall maintained strength, with the Nasdaq hitting a record high. Although semiconductor stocks like AMD, INTC, and ARM pulled back at one point as the market reassessed Meta's AI demand, they still closed higher for the week — showing capital hasn't left the AI main line. What truly drove risk appetite higher was September nonfarm payrolls adding only 29,000 jobs, far below expectations, with the prior two months revised down. Market expectations for an October rate hike dropped rapidly from about 70% to about 20%, reigniting the rate-cut trade. This week marks the start of Q3 earnings season, with market focus shifting from how much is being invested in AI to whether that investment can convert into revenue and profit. Therefore, the c
HIMS Stock Outlook: FTC Lawsuit, Split Analysts and Q3 Earnings
$Hims & Hers Health Inc.(HIMS)$ is entering our coverage window with two stories running side by side. On one side is a telehealth business still growing revenue at close to 40% a year. On the other are a federal lawsuit, a new shareholder class action and a quarter where profits fell far short of expectations. Wall Street has mostly landed on "Hold." Here is the fundamental picture worth having in mind before our Pretiming Report arrives. Why HIMS Has Been Under Pressure The turning point came on July 29, when the Federal Trade Commission, joined by Utah and Los Angeles County, sued the company. The complaint alleges that Hims & Hers shared sensitive health information with advertising platforms such as Meta and Snap despite its privacy p
This may be the most contrarian piece of information you’ll see this year. $Gold - main 2612(GCmain)$$SPDR Gold ETF(GLD)$ looks expensive. Bonds look cheap. Interestingly, both have actually been a losing position this year, with gold down -4% YTD and long-term treasuries down -11%. The difference is one is nearing the end of a prolonged bear market, and the other is just beginning. The most contrarian trade right now would be short gold vs long bonds. But just because something is contrarian doesn’t mean it’s right. The rest of the elements need to fall into place. Coming from a starting point of valuation-extremes like that on display in the chart above certainly sets the scene, stimulates the imagi
1. $S&P 500(.SPX)$ 📈 Indecision plus the gap below led to a quick fill. If price keeps moving higher, the Bollinger Band could provide resistance and trigger another move down to fill the gap at 7,684. A constructive setup bulls want to see completed for healthy continuation. 2. $Costco(COST)$ 🟢 The post-earnings bounce remains constructive, with a potential bull flag developing. 3. $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ ⚠️ Upper Bollinger Band breach + overbought RSI + overbought Money Flow Index = a trifecta pointing toward a pullback. 🐯 Wall Street’s Upgrade & Downgrade Radar: Who Won the Street’s Vote Last Week?
Hey Tigers 🐯 — Wall Street analysts were busy reshuffling their stock picks last week. From $Netflix(NFLX)$ and $Target(TGT)$ receiving fresh bullish calls to $Moderna, Inc.(MRNA)$ and $Exxon Mobil(XOM)$ getting downgraded, the bigger story wasn’t simply “bullish vs. bearish.” Analysts were weighing valuation, improving fundamentals and future catalysts — and in several cases, a good company still got downgraded because its stock had already run too far. Here are some of the notable analyst moves from Sep. 28 to Oct. 2 👇 📅 Monday, Sep. 28: Travel Gets Bullish
Over the five sessions through to 1 October, more than 80 director interests and substantial shareholdings were filed for close to 40 primary-listed stocks. Directors or CEOs reported 22 acquisitions and no disposals, while substantial shareholders recorded 28 acquisitions and five disposals. In addition, the five sessions saw 26 primary-listed companies conduct buybacks with a total consideration of S$47.8 million, led by United Overseas Bank, Keppel and Singapore Telecommunications. 1. $Cortina(C41.SI)$ Cortina Completes S$55 Million Equal Access Buyback On 2 October, Cortina Holdings filed a daily share buyback notice confirming the purchase of 13,246,273 shares under its off-market equal access offer for a total consideration of
Broadcom Is Lending Anthropic Up to $42B: Is AI Starting to Finance Itself?
A new pattern is emerging across the AI infrastructure boom: the companies selling compute are starting to help finance the companies buying it. According to Anthropic’s IPO filing, Broadcom has agreed to provide up to $42 billion in financing to support Anthropic’s AI infrastructure buildout. The financing could cover roughly one-third of Anthropic’s five-year $125.2 billion TPU lease commitment and may include convertible instruments that could eventually become equity. The headline number is huge, but the structure matters even more. Broadcom is already deeply involved in Google’s TPU ecosystem and is expected to help Anthropic access roughly 3.5GW of next-generation TPU capacity starting in 2027. Now Broadcom is also helping Anthropic finance that infrastructure. So the relationship is

🔥 Nvidia Has $235B to Spend — But Can It Buy Growth Too?
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ just put $235 billion behind its own stock. That sounds like an enormous vote of confidence. On September 28, Nvidia’s board added another $150 billion to its share-repurchase authorization, taking the remaining authorization to $235 billion through fiscal 2028. Nvidia described it as the largest increase to a buyback authorization in history. Then came the market reaction. Nvidia hit an intraday record of $237.88 on Friday before closing at $233.95, up 1.34%. Its market value finished around $5.7 trillion. But here’s the question I keep coming back to: At these prices, is buying back stock the best use of Nvidia’s enormous cash flow? The bull case is straightforward. Buybacks reduce the number of shares outstanding,
The September jobs report delivered a big surprise. US employers added just 29,000 jobs, well below expectations, while unemployment edged up to 4.2%. Previous months were also revised lower, leaving July and August payrolls a combined 60,000 below earlier estimates. Wage growth also slowed, with average hourly earnings up 3.0% over the past year. That quickly changed the rate outlook. Markets now see a much lower probability of an October Fed hike, although a December increase remains possible. Stocks loved it. The Nasdaq hit a record high, while the S&P 500, Dow and QQQ all finished higher. But then something interesting happened. The 10-year Treasury yield initially fell — then reversed sharply and finished around 5.28%, near its highest level in years. That creates an unusu
Nasdaq-100 Hits New Record on Tech Rally, 7x Long DLC Rises 7%; SpaceX Surges 7%
Wall Street rallied on Friday (2 October), as weaker-than-expected jobs data helped to ease concerns over elevated yields. The tech-heavy $NASDAQ 100(NDX)$ surged 1% to a new record high. Amplifying the return, the Nasdaq 7x Long DLC (MFVW) gained about 7%, while the Nasdaq 7x Short DLC (W5BW) sank a similar magnitude. Among DLC-covered underlyings, $SpaceX(SPCX)$ was the top gainer, rising 7.35% following a series of successful launches and renewed interest in its space-based AI opportunities. This lifted the SpaceX 3x Long DLC (WK4W) by close to 22%, while the SpaceX 3x Short DLC (YF1W) sank a similar magnitude. In contrast, memory stocks $Micron Technology(MU)$ a
Tesla Beat Expectations — Now Prove the Comeback Is Real
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ just gave the bulls something they needed: a clear delivery beat. Q3 deliveries came in at 486,532 vehicles, versus 464,391 produced — meaning Tesla delivered 22,141 more cars than it built during the quarter. That is a meaningful inventory drawdown. But here’s the part investors shouldn’t ignore: Tesla did NOT deliver more cars than last year. Q3 deliveries were down 2.1% year over year from 497,099. The bullish case is that Tesla beat Wall Street expectations by roughly 5% and is now showing signs of stabilisation. Reuters reports analysts have also lifted their 2026 delivery forecasts following the stronger quarter. The inventory picture is also improving. Tesla has now delivered more vehicles than it produce
