Everyone into Labubu: Pop Mart Bubble to "Pop" or Unlimited Potential?

Among the new consumer stocks in the Hong Kong market, three others have pulled back after reaching new highs, but Pop Mart remains resilient. Labubu is now becoming a household name, and new IPs like Crybaby, Skullpanda, and Hirono are quickly catching up. Some in the investment community argue that when everyone starts chasing the trend, it's time to exit—there may not be much upside left. Do you think Pop Mart's bubble is about to burst? Or do you still believe in its IP incubation capabilities?

I do not spend on anything for the sake of emotional value. I prefer to spend my money wisely on basic needs and the occasional indulgence. Thus, I am actually not a consumer of popmart and laopu gold though I may give in to my sweet tooth occasionally by eating mixue icecream and the last was last December! I prefer to buy these stocks and earn money[Miser] I think all 3 stocks will continue to rise as their products are affordable so the demand of the masses will continue to push the prices up. They appeal to the desire of people to feel included and trendy as they are now popular. As long as they are part of the social trend, the stock prices will continue to rise. Even if a recession hits, the demand will be there and people will justify their spending simply because they are afforda

10 to 20 years ago, ppl would have laughed these ideas out of the room. Pop Mart?Mixue? Laopu Gold? Yet here we are -Gen.Z is eating them up, proving that identity doesn't need luxury, just a clever mix of nostalgia, novelty, & budget friendly indulgence.Small joys>big price tags [Happy]💡But trends are fickle, & today's obsession can be tomorrow 's clearance rack. The real question is: can Pop Mart, Mixue, & Laopu Gold evolve fast to stay irresistible? [Thinking]

The rise of Pop Mart, Mixue, and Laopu Gold is fascinating — they deliver emotional satisfaction at a low cost, which resonates in today’s cautious spending environment. Whether it’s the thrill of a blind box, the comfort of a cheap milk tea, or the status and security of gold jewelry, each brand offers more than just a product — they sell identity and emotional connection. I’ve noticed my own spending shifting toward items with emotional value. It’s often less about the function and more about how something makes me feel or how it fits into my lifestyle. In tight times, small treats that boost mood or social connection become meaningful — and these brands excel at that. I believe these companies can keep rising if they continue tapping into cultural and emotional trends. As long as they

🌟🌟🌟Laopu Gold $LAOPU GOLD(06181)$ has carved out a distinctive niche in China by blending traditional cultural motifs with luxury gold craftsmanship.  In fact Laopu Gold's nickname is the "Hermes of Gold" in China. What is unique is its fixed price model which contrasts with its competitors . Laopu Gold's share price has been on a tear this year as it has skyrocketed by a huge 203%. I believe that this is one of the best stocks to invest in Hong Kong . @Tiger_comments @TigerStars @Tiger_SG @CaptainTiger

🌟🌟🌟LAOPU GOLD $LAOPU GOLD(06181)$ latest issue of new shares would result in share dilution.  To entice better sales of its new H shares, a discount of 8.03% has been given. LAOPU GOLD has been a popular stock due to the rising price of Gold as it is up 40% since its listing in December 2023. I believe that with the uncertainties  in the markets, Gold price will be on an upward trajectory.  So LAOPU GOLD maybe a good buy.

🌟🌟🌟Even though Pop Mart $POP MART(09992)$ has dropped recently due to the owner selling off its shares, its share price is still up 99% year todate.  The shares sold by Fengqiao Capital only represents 0.9% of the total shares issued. I believe that it is just a temporary setback and Pop Mart will recover soon as its popularity of its products are still growing exponentially overseas especially among the Generation Z. So for those who like to bargain hunt, this is a good time to buy more Pop Mart shares.
$POP MART(09992)$   Better sell before the balloon for Pop Mart pops! What kind of moat does Pop Mart even have? Isn't this just retail?  Not something I would invest long term... Just buy the strong stocks and sleep peacefully [Happy]
