🎄🎄🎄 [Happy]Merry Christmas to all Tiger friends. The stock market is a bit slow down these few days around Christmas so I am going to scale back my trading activity and enjoy the merry making. Light market monitoring is the way to go during this festive period. I might go for a holiday to Malaysia with friends if they are free. Thanks @Tiger_SG @1PC @icycrystal @GoodLife99 @melson @rL

🇰🇷🎄 Christmas Break, Korea, and What Trading Taught Me This Year

K-culture looks flashy on the surface: K-pop performances, perfectly choreographed stages, polished visuals. $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ Christmas, for me, is less about escape and more about recalibration. I deliberately scale back active trading during this period. Liquidity thins, price action becomes more sentiment-driven, and the risk–reward for short-term trades deteriorates. Rather than forcing activity, I treat the final stretch of the year as a time for review rather than execution. My usual approach is a light-monitoring mode. Key levels, macro headlines, and positioning risks stay on the radar, but there is no urge to react unless something genuinely breaks framework assumptions. It is a conscious shift from doing to observing. The more valuable work happens off-market. Reviewing what worked and what did not, stress-testing convictions, reassessing

🌟🌟🌟While the rest of the world scrambles for overpriced flights to snowy chaos, my Christmas plan is simple: a staycation in beautiful Singapore.  Why fly when I am already in paradise?  This year the holiday spirit isn't found in a suitcase.  It is right here in my own backyard. Christmas is a family affair as we head to church in the morning. Then we head to my mother's house.  This is where the real work begins - eating the glorious spread she prepares!  It is a hilarious, loud and loving gathering of aunts, uncles and cousins. Then this is followed by exchanging gifts and more laughter. Beyond the gifts and gourmet food, Christmas for us is fundamentally about 2 things: Peace and Profound Gratitude. It is a time to pause, count our blessings and cherish the si

This Christmas, I’ll be staying in Singapore and keeping things relatively low-key. With the festive atmosphere already in full swing—from Orchard’s light displays to Marina Bay’s skyline views—it feels like a good time to slow down, enjoy the city, and take a short mental break. From a markets perspective, I usually scale back my trading activity around Christmas. Liquidity tends to thin out, price action can be noisy & I find it more productive to use this period for portfolio review and reflection rather than active positioning. I still keep an eye on the market, but it’s more about monitoring risk than chasing opportunities. For me, the year-end period is about resetting—reviewing what worked, what didn’t & setting a clearer framework for the new year. A calm Christmas in Sing

I’ll be spending Christmas at home with family, keeping things simple and meaningful. It’s a chance to slow down, enjoy a good meal together, catch up properly, and take a break from the usual rush. For me, that quiet time and connection matter more than big plans or travel, especially at the end of the year.
