$Destiny Tech100 Inc(DXYZ)$ $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ After years of speculation, retail investors might finally get a chance to own a piece of Elon Musk's space venture. Reports suggest SpaceX is targeting a Nasdaq debut as early as June 12, with pricing expected the day before and a roadshow starting around June 4. With a rumored target valuation of $1.75 trillion and a raise of about $75 billion, this offering would surpass SaudiAramco's $29.4 billion debut by over 2.5 times, setting a new record for the largest IPO. It's easy to see why retail interest is so high. The company has transformed orbital launch economics and now operates the world's largest satellite constellation. SpaceX also folded it

The stock market loves a hot IPO story, who doesn’t ? $Cerebras Systems(CBRS)$ IPO last week is a fine example. So far, no initial public offerings (IPOs) have generated more anticipation than SpaceX, with SPAX as its ticker is supposed to be SPAX (subjected to change) Reports that Elon Musk’s private space giant, with a possible valuation approaching $2 trillion, could file to go public by 12 Jun 2026 is really heating up momentum & sentiments and have investors dreaming about the next great wealth-building stock. This is inevitable, after all SpaceX - (1) dominates commercial launches, (2) owns the Starlink satellite network, and (3) sits at the center of the modern space economy. 🌟🌟🌟 $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ is no longer just a launch company.  With over 60% of its business now driven by its high margin Space Systems division, it manufactures the critical reaction wheels, star trackers, flight software and solar panels that other satellite builders and the US Space Force absolutely require. Rocket Lab's record breaking Q1 business shows that its total contract backlog has more than doubled YoY surging past USD 2.2 billion. While Rocket Lab is undoubtedly a world class space infrastructure company, it is currently a highly overstretched momentum trade. Recent rally in space stock likely just emotional backed as it's getting close to this June SpaceX IPO. So far among these space stock, almost all of them is yet to be profitable.  In short term, space stock will probably keep its rally on until SpaceX IPO out in June. But after that, all I see is a big crash of all space stocks. The hype will be over by then.  Current market facing one of the biggest issue is that huge chunk of money is going into AI,semiconductor and now, space. But almost all of them either just moving money between those few companies or simply zero or negative profit. But in long term, I do believe space stock will definitely be the next big bang after this AI trend. Same as quantum computing, but now it just not their time. Yet.

RKLB is not quite the “SanDisk of space”. The bottleneck narrative is similar, but SanDisk had proven cash flows. Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (RKLB) is still scaling. At ~US$45–50B vs ~US$600M revenue, valuation already prices in strong execution. It is one of the few credible space players, but upside now depends heavily on Neutron and defence growth. AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) after -10% is not automatically cheap. It remains pre-scale, with delays and weak earnings. Treat it as venture-style. Only buy small if you believe in long-term execution. Terafab looks like a Musk-style moonshot. Strategically logical, but extremely capital intensive. Likely cash-burning near term, with uncertain timelines.

I see space stocks as the next AI infrastructure trade, since AI will need satellite networks, connectivity, and defense integration. Among them, $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ looks strongest to me because backlog growth, improving profitability, and the Neutron catalyst show real execution. The main debate now is valuation after the huge rally. For $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ , the direct-to-cell opportunity is huge, but commercialization still takes time. A -10% drop alone is not enough for me to chase aggressively, though I would consider slowly accumulating if launch execution improves. I also think the market may underestimate SpaceX Terafab. If SpaceX expands deeper into AI-space infrastructure, t
