With a net profit of NT$452.3 billion, up 39.1% from NT$325.26 billion last year, it's clear that TSMC is capitalizing on strong demand across multiple sectors. The 30.3% revenue growth to NT$9,899.2 billion and a record-high gross margin of 59.5%—well above the expected 57.1%—demonstrate the company's robust financial health and operational efficiency. AI ETFs To Take Advantage of AI Hyperscaler Increased CAPEX Spending

AI hyperscaler capex is set to nearly triple to $1.4T by 2027, this might fueled a multi-year demand wave for semiconductors and infrastructure. So in this article, I would like to share my thoughts about positioning for a multi-year AI/hyperscaler capex cycle. We will be looking at these three ETFs (SMH, SOXX, WTAI) with their key facts and exposures, also tried to see which practical pairing strategies (portfolio mixes), tradeoffs, and suggest guardrails (rebalancing, risk controls, implementation notes). 1) The Demand Thesis (What Is Driving The Idea) Several institutional reports and news pieces project very large AI / data-center / hyperscaler infrastructure spending over the next few years — e.g., Bain and others argue the data-centre + AI hardware/software market could approach ~$1.

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ After a stunning rally that made it one of the most valuable companies in Asia, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. The world’s largest contract chipmaker — and the backbone of the global semiconductor supply chain — faces a delicate balancing act this quarter: sustaining explosive AI-driven demand while grappling with persistent capacity constraints in 3-nanometer (3nm) production and advanced packaging technologies. Following a sharp 6% selloff to $280 on Friday, investors are asking the same question — was this a healthy pullback or the start of a deeper correction? The answer may hinge on how well TSMC reassures the market abo
